Positive Sum Communities, Inc. is the brainchild of Mindy Wallis, a local community organizer in Evanston, Illinois. Mindy has been involved with local fundraising efforts for over a decade. Positive Sum is her way of building ties between local businesses, non-profits and civic institutions, and helping her community.
What is a Positive Sum?
It is the definition of a win-win situation. Positive sum is a game theory term that refers to the outcomes of a dispute or negotiation in which the sum of winnings and losses is greater than zero.
